Project Engineer

The Project Enginneer will be capable of designing and implementing automated guided vehicles. Position includes training customers in the operation of vehicle and system components. Responsibilities include: creating and meeting project specifications; overall accountability of system engineering, design and documentation / reporting of system performance. Provides support for Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production through each phase of a project by compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • 4 Year Engineering Degree or 2 year Technical Degree with related experience
  • MS Office application proficiency, AutoCAD experience a must
  • Self-starter, team player, excellent communicator and negotiator
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
  • Up to 50% travel

 

IT Support / Network Technician

The IT Support position ensures the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, and wireless network services. Responsibilites include maintenance and support of the local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization. The IT Support position is also responsible for installing, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This position will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Technical Associates Degree plus job related training
  • One year on the job training in the field of Network Maintenance
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to be assertive in vendor and subcontractor negotiations.
  • 0% travel

 

Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for software specification, design, engineering, installation, and testing of AGV systems. Responsibilites include maintaining effective reporting systems to Project Management and support for start-up, customer acceptance, and training. Candidate must be technically hands-on, with the desire to remain hands-on.. This position will be involved in all phases of analysis, design, new development and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technical Associates Degree plus job related training
  • Working knowledge of C/C++ programming, Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking/communication principles
  • Minimum of 5 years professional programming experience
  • Knowledge of real time programming techniques and experience with equipment control and interfacing a plus.
  • Strong communication skills a must
  • Up to 50% travel. Typically on-site for 2 weeks at a time
